Pastor Scott McCall
Senior Pastor

Pastor Scott A. McCall came to CHBC in June of 1996, as the Church's third pastor. The small Church of app. 40 people believed that God had much he wanted to do with this Church in the community. Now as the Church has grown to 300 in attendance, the Church family has begun to see just a glimpse of what God has in store. Pastor Scott was a youth pastor previous to coming to CHBC. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Education, a Masters Degree in Systematic Theology and currently is pursuing a Ph.D. in Apologetics and Theology.  Using a verse-by-verse preaching style, Pastor Scott enjoys application from life situations. A Colorado native, Pastor Scott enjoys fishing and outdoor activities, sports and recreation. He is married to his lovely wife Vicki in 1980 and has three grown daughters; Tara & Kelli and Aryn. Come introduce yourself and tell Pastor Scott you would like to go fishing with him sometime .

Pastor Cliff Olson
Associate Pastor

Pastor Cliff Olson began his ministry as Associate Pastor of Education in October 2007.  His areas of responsibility include Children’s Ministry and Adult Ministry as well as teaching and preaching.  Cliff has served as a Senior Pastor, an Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship, an Associate Pastor of Outreach and a College Ministries pastor.  He has a Masters of Divinity degree from Western Seminary (Portland, OR) and a Bachelors Degree in Ministries from Northwestern College (MN).  Happily married to Susan, his best friend and life partner for nearly 20 years, Cliff and Sue are proud parents of Nathan (10th grade) and Katie (6th grade).  He loves hanging out with his family, enjoying sports with Nathan, reading, music of all kinds and beginning to explore these beautiful mountains.  Born in the smog of the Los Angeles area, he is also learning to breathe air he can’t see – and loving it!

Malinda Spykstra
Worship Director

Malinda Spykstra has been a worship director for over fifteen years at several churches around the US. She started leading people in worship through music and the arts during her college years at Cal State Long Beach in Long Beach California. Her start as a college career worship leader was the beginning of a journey of spiritual growth and education in Worship Arts. She has been walking through the many doors God has opened for her through the years and along the way has found her life’s purpose in the pursuit of “Christian Hedonism” (The pursuit of God breathed happiness for her life). She is a John Piper fan, thus is dedicated to leading people in the passionate pursuit of God’s Glory as she strives to gladly and continuously reflect the radiance of God’s worth.

Currently, she and her husband Dan are committed to reaching the Bailey community for The Kingdom of God as they minister through Worship Arts at Crow Hill Bible Church. Dan directs the Drama Team and is brilliant at visual arts with the production of their visual arts presentation program. They are a team and Malinda says, " Dan is really the better half of the ministry duo."

Malinda is grateful for all she has been blessed with and encourages all people who dream a dream they feel too big to achieve, to run to Jesus, in faith, to fulfill that dream. She believes that God is interested in His glory and that a dream too big to achieve by ourselves has to be a God dream. As that dream is fulfilled it gives glory to God!
